PRICES & DELIVERY TIMES 

At PriVeda Collections , we ship worldwide using Royal Mail or UPS postal services. The prices will vary according to your location and how many items you purchase, this is explained further below. There will be no extra fees to pay (tax's, custom charges etc.) apart from our Standard charge from the postal service for countries outside of the UK. If you have any queries please contact us via email.

SHIPPING & DISPATCH

Our pieces are ready to be shipped, and dispatched within 1-2 working days unless it is a pre- order listing which can take up to 6 weeks. Packages that require a signature are always delivered by Royal Mail or UPS if outside the UK. Each have receivers name and signature printed on the tracking information. If you yourself have NOT signed for the package it is still deliverable to anyone present at the address when required. If you do not wish for someone to receive your package you must ensure you provide an address where you can be the sole receiver.

PACKAGING METHOD:

All our formal jewellery items are shipped in PriVeda logo printed cardboard gift boxes if over £30 unless your order contains multiple pieces therefore packaging items would be securer in a large plastic box. If your order is being shipped outside the UK and to an international country - all packages will be shipped in plastic box (s) to avoid damage during transit. If however, you are purchasing separate gifts and would like each item gift wrapped - please leave a note at payment checkout in the notes/additional information box. There may be additional charges if you are checking out using the standard airmail service as the package becomes larger which incurs in extra shipping costs/customs charge.

Packaging method for Bridal Jewellery pieces:

All jewellery pieces will be packaged well in plastic boxes wrapped in lots of bubble wrap to avoid damage. If you wish for your bridal set to come in a leatherette box, please arrange a collection as we cannot package necklace sets in this box as pieces incur damage which we need to avoid.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

  • UK: 5-6 working days
  • UK: 2-3 working days (1st Class Recorded sign for service)
  • UK - Next day delivery before 1 pm (Special Delivery - Order before 2 pm)
  • Europe: 6-8 working days (Standard airmail service)
  • Worldwide: 7-12 working days (Standard airmail service - depending on location otherwise it will be 18-24 working days, just email us to find out your delivery time)
  • Worldwide Express: 7-8 working days (USA, Canada, Australia & other countries)
  • UPS Express Saver: 2-3 days (Location depending)

We ship everyday (Monday-Friday)

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address at payment checkout. If an incorrect address is entered - we shall re ship or re send the order when it reaches us.

PRICING

For Europe and Worldwide shipping is £5.95 per order with add as many items as you like. Shipping can be upgraded to express & tracked which costs £12. Orders delivered by USPS/UPS worldwide & is scanned on delivery to ensure safe arrival.
